The programme includes usage of Multimedia and Graphics Tools, MS-Office training, and a project work which gets spread over a period of one-year minimum and can be completed in 3 years maximum.

  • Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP)

STEP is a diploma course offered by Oberoi Group. It offers practical training at a hotel of The Oberoi Group. This training involves the four core operational departments in a hotel: Kitchen, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Front Office. A successful completion of this course results in an opportunity as an operational assistant at hotels of The Oberoi Group along with a Bachelor of Tourism Studies (BTS) degree from IGNOU and a certificate of Proficiency from The Oberoi Group.

  • Retail Management Programme

It is a 12-month long programme offered by IIJT. Fees for this programme is Rs 35,000. The retail sector is emerging as one of the largest sectors in terms of its employment potential with the estimated manpower requirements at over a million new positions in the coming decade. This Programme was started looking at the increasing demand for the human resource in the retail sector.

This course aims at training students in the supply chain, retail finance, soft skills and retail store operation concepts. It is meant to train individuals primarily for customer interface positions, and some of them for logistics and back-end operations. The front office functions which need persuasive skills would demand good communication skills.

  • Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management

This course is of 1-year duration and is offered by Maharshi Dayanand University to Class XII pass outs. Total fees for this course is 21,900. The course imparts training on Food & Beverage service equipments handling, Food & Beverage services, and its methods along with practical training on knowledge of equipment, food service methods and its terminology, and personal grooming. Admission to this course is made according to merit determined on the basis of marks secured in class XII which is given 70% weightage, Group discussion which is given 20% weightage and Interview which is given 10% weightage.

  • Kuoni Academy IATA-UFTAA Foundation/Consultant

Kuoni Academy is the education division of Kuoni Travel India Pvt.
